Zoom 18.08.2026: राज्यपाल जिष्णु देव वर्मा यांनी आज मुंबईतील ऐतिहासिक एशियाटिक सोसायटीच्या ग्रंथसंग्रहालयाला भेट देऊन ग्रंथसंपदा, दुर्मिळ दस्तावेज, सोपारा येथील अवशेष, नकाशे व दुर्मिळ नाण्यांची पाहणी केली. यावेळी संस्थेचे अध्यक्ष डॉ विनय सहस्रबुद्धे तसेच विश्वस्त मंडळाचे अध्यक्ष डॉ भालचंद्र मुणगेकर यांनी राज्यपालांना संस्थेच्या कार्याची माहिती दिली तसेच नवनिर्वाचित व्यवस्थापकीय समितीच्या व छाननी समितीच्या सदस्यांची ओळख करून दिली.
18.08.2026: Governor of Maharashtra Jishnu Dev Varma today visited the historic library of the Asiatic Society in Mumbai and reviewed its rich collection of books, rare documents, archaeological artefacts from Sopara, maps, and rare coins. President of the Asiatic Society Dr. Vinay Sahasrabuddhe and Chairman of the Board of Trustees Dr. Bhalchandra Mungekar briefed the Governor about the Society’s activities and introduced him to the newly elected members of the Managing Committee and the Scrutiny Committee.
