10.09.2026: Governor inaugurates the Integrated Probationers’ Training Programme at the YASHADA in Pune

10.09.2026: Maharashtra Governor Jishnu Dev Varma today inaugurated the Integrated Probationers’ Training Programme at the Yashwantrao Chavan Academy of Development Administration (YASHADA) in Pune. Director General of YASHADA Dr. Suhas Diwase, Additional DG Shekhar Gaikwad, Secretary to the Governor Dr. Prashant Narnaware, Head of YASHADA’s CPTP Division Poornima Gaikwad were among those present. Emphasising that financial irregularities, favouritism, misuse of authority, discrimination and deliberate delays undermine public trust in administration, the Governor urged the officers to uphold integrity and accessibility and, above all, to remain empathetic towards ordinary citizens. The Governor also called upon the probationers to harness Artificial Intelligence, data analytics and digital platforms to make governance faster, more transparent and more efficient.
The Governor inaugurated the CPTP website and released the Training Guide.
